The contestants score points by using arms and legs movements, yet arms hits are not used that often by the contestants, since the beauty of this game lies in the hits done by the legs. And in Singapore 2010 Youth; the athletes will be competing only in five weight categories for each gender

 

The Best Olympic Achievement
Tamer Salah, who won the bronze medal in men’s under 58 KG after beating Juan Ramos of Spain in the final to reach the first medal ever for the Egyptian Taekwondo. And also, Noha Safwat, who got the 5th place in Beijing 2008, making her the best Arab female in the Olympics.
